Charity Fundraiser

Pay rate: £20k basic and uncapped bonus. Realistic OTE of £40k+

Hours: 35 working hours per week for full time

The role and responsibilities:

As part of the charity fundraising team here at ODM, you will work in a range of venue locations, inspiring people to support a range of well-known charity partners.  Using our donation platform, you will sign up donors on our regular giving campaigns.

 

• Actively engage with customers as they enter/leave the venue

• Sign up regular donors in order to achieve a set of weekly KPIs

• Report daily to Line Management on your performance

 

About you:

• Experience in a proactive customer engagement role

• Experience of working within the charity fundraising sector (desirable)

• Experience of working within fundraising or other customer facing roles (essential)

• Experience of working within venues including supermarkets, retail stores and shopping centres

• Passionate about the charities we support

 

Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of £20k plus uncapped bonus.  Realistic OTE of £40k+

• Annual holiday allowance of 20 days plus Bank Holidays, pro rata for part time

• Permanent contract across 3,4 or 5 day positions

• UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
